Terms of sale

• The first 50 Deskcasts are sold at €119 instead of the €149 retail price. The counter on the early-bird page shows how many are left.
• You pay €19 now as a deposit and €100 before your unit ships. Both amounts include any VAT due.
• Shipping: free, to EU countries.
• Your price is fixed when you reserve. It doesn’t go up.
• Each reservation is for one Deskcast. To reserve two, reserve twice.

You choose “Reserve for €19” and pay on a page run by our payment provider, Stripe. The contract between you and us is made when the payment goes through and Stripe emails you the receipt. We never see your card number.

• We expect to ship early-bird units in Q1 2027.
• When your unit is ready, we email you the ship date and a link to pay the remaining €100. It ships once you’ve paid.
• If you haven’t paid the balance 30 days after that email, we cancel your reservation and refund the deposit in full.
• If we haven’t sent that email by the end of Q1 2027, we tell you the new date and you can cancel for a full refund. If we can’t ship at all, everyone is refunded in full.

Until you pay the balance you can cancel at any time, for any reason. Email [email protected] from the address you reserved with. We refund the full €19 within 14 days, to the card you paid with, at no cost to you.

On top of the above, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your Deskcast, without giving a reason. To do so, tell us clearly: an email to [email protected] is enough, or you can use the form below.

• We refund everything you paid, including the standard shipping to you, within 14 days of hearing from you, to the card you paid with. We may wait until we have the device back, or proof that you’ve sent it.
• Send the device back within 14 days of telling us, to the address above. You pay the cost of sending it back.
• You can set it up and try it as you would in a shop. If it comes back damaged by more handling than that, we may deduct the loss in value.

Withdrawal form

• Every Deskcast comes with the legal guarantee of conformity: for 2 years from delivery, we repair or replace it if it is faulty or not as described, at no cost to you. If neither is possible, or we don’t do it in reasonable time, you can get a price reduction or your money back.
• Deskcast is a device with software. We provide the firmware updates it needs to keep working and stay secure, delivered over Wi-Fi, for at least 2 years from delivery.
• Email [email protected] with your order email and what is wrong.

A Deskcast needs power, a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and a free deskcast.app account to choose what it shows. Prices come from third-party market data and are for information only, as the terms of service explain.

Email [email protected] first; we answer within 14 days. If we can’t agree, you can turn to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (КЗП, kzp.bg), whose conciliation committees settle consumer disputes out of court, or to the courts.

These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in its courts.

The version of these terms in force when you reserved applies to your reservation. If we change them, we update the date above.
